How do you keep a good mental health

It is really important to have a good mental health and to maintain it is also very important. Here is a list with some advises for mainteining a good mental health:

  • Talkt about your feelings with someone you trust. Because this will be usefull for you in good and in bad times.
  • Do sports regularly for have more concentration.
  • Eat a healthy diet for having all the nutrients the brain needs.
  • Keep in touch with the people. And if you talk about your feelings with them better.
  • Do somethig you are good at for having a better self-confidence.
  • Sleep well.
  • Support friends and family.
