How do you keep a good mental health
It is really important to have a good mental health and to maintain it is also very important. Here is a list with some advises for mainteining a good mental health:
- Talkt about your feelings with someone you trust. Because this will be usefull for you in good and in bad times.
- Do sports regularly for have more concentration.
- Eat a healthy diet for having all the nutrients the brain needs.
- Keep in touch with the people. And if you talk about your feelings with them better.
- Do somethig you are good at for having a better self-confidence.
- Sleep well.
- Support friends and family.
