It is really important to have a good mental health and to maintain it is also very important. Here is a list with some advises for mainteining a good mental health: Talkt about your feelings with someone you trust. Because this will be usefull for you in good and in bad times. Do sports regularly for have more concentration. Eat a healthy diet for having all the nutrients the brain needs. Keep in touch with the people. And if you talk about your feelings with them better. Anorexia and Bulimia

  The anorexia is a mental problem related to the nutritition, because it literally mean "lack of feeding".  The age in which is more common this desease is between the 11 and 25 years old and the main gender who surrer from this is ilness is the women. It is caused  is the preocupation of the body figure. Bulimia: The bulimia is a mental disease, the main characteristic of this desease is that the peple who suffer this desease are used to eat a lot, but ,after they had eaten all the food they became dissaponted with themselves and they feel embarrassed, so they want to vomit after eating. Apart from been a mental dissease, the bulimia it has some horrible consecuences such as the luck of some important nutrients like: The lack of carbohydrates. Mucocele

  The salivary glands are very important in our organism and nutritions because they lucricate the food and make the "bolus". The "Mucocele" is a desease related to the salivary gland , so it is very harmful to our body , and more specific , to our nutrition systems.   The "mucocele" is a desease which produce a mass of meat in your inferior lip caused for the accumulation of saliva produced in your salivary glands. Tetanus

Tetanus or tetanus is an acute disease caused by the neurotoxins produced by the bacterium Clostridium tetani a gram positive anaerobic bacillus spore that is commonly found in soil and feces, whose effects on the nervous system generate spasms or violent muscle contractions, Rigidity and instability of the autonomous system. Liver Cirrhosis

          The liver cirrhosis is a type of desease which affects to the liver tissues and cells. The Global Health Organisation ( in spanish OMS) say that ,by year, there are over 27000 people who die of this desease            The liver cirrhosis is the Cicatrization of the liver, The main synthoms if the desease is not very developed are: lack of hunger ( so you dont eat correctly), to have less strengh that normal and to have difficulties in order to overcome daily situations   and   the loose of weight. And the main sympthoms when the desease is more developt are the following:the accumulation of liquid in the abdomen and the grwth of the same, the loose of blood ( by vomiting or defecating), the change of colour in your skin taking a yellow-like colour and difficulties for breathing. for reducing the risk to overcame this desease the doctors recomend you not to drinkalcohol and to have a balance diet ...

It mainly affects the mucous membranes of the genital and urinary tract, but can also affect the conjunctiva ocular, pharynx and rectum. Schizophrenia

Schizophrenia is mental illnes   that makes the person that have it see things that aren't there, they also heare   things, think that people are reading their minds or controlling theirs feelings, etc. This problem can be very harmfull for the person that suffers it because he can't really differentiate the reality from their thoughts. Schizophrenia can affect anyone at any age, but most cases develop between ages 16 and 30. The diagnostic of this illnes is given when the patient shows " loss-of-reality” symptoms for at least six months and starts to have problems with his normal live.  Unfortunatley ther has not been invented a cure yet for this horrible dissease but there have been inventied some medicaments. Mental illneses are also called mental disorders, there are a lot of different mental illneses such as: Anxiety disorders.  People with anxiety disorders  respond to certain objects or situations with fear and dread, as well as with physical signs of anxiety or panic, such as a rapid heartbeat and  sweating . An anxiety disorder is diagnosed if the person's response is not appropriate for the situation, if the person cannot control the response, or if the anxiety interferes with normal functioning. Mental health is defined as    the psychological state of someone  who is functioning at a satisfactory level of emotional and behavioral adjustment or as  level of  psychological   well being , or an absence of  mental illness . It is good to heve mental health in order to    do  productive activities, fulfilling relationships with other people, and providing the ability to adapt to change and cope with adversity. Mental health and stability is a very important factor in a person’s everyday life. Duchenne Syndrome

  Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a genetic disorder characterized by progressive muscle degeneration and weakness. It is one of nine types of  muscular dystrophy .  Muscle weakness can begin as early as age 3, first affecting the muscles of the hips, pelvic area, thighs and shoulders, and later the skeletal (voluntary) muscles in the arms, legs and trunk. The calves often are enlarged. By the early teens, the heart and respiratory muscles also are affected.   Children with DMD have a hard time standing up, walking, and climbing stairs. Many eventually need wheelchairs to get around. They can also have heart and lung  problems.   Although there isn't a cure, the outlook for people with DMD is better than it has ever been. Years ago, children with the disease usually didn’t live beyond their teens . Today, they live well into their 30s, and sometimes into their 40s and 50s.
